Guftagu ki gutargoo has two types of episodes. The main episodes are 40 mins to one hour long and cover more in-depth questions of nuance in and around mental health. Guftagu chotu or shorts, on the other hand are more explanatory and shorter. Both types of episodes are done with a mix of Hindi and English for maximum accessibility.
