We understand that therapy is inaccessible to many, in developed countries. Our therapists, trained in multicultural models of counseling, can cater to a vast array of populations at rates which can be affordable to them. Online therapy can be accessible from anywhere, at a time that suits you.
Our approach is relational analytical, trauma informed, queer and trans affirmative and varied - with the use of thought based and cognitive therapies, attachment theory, arts based models, DBT, CBT, ACT, Mentalization, narrative therapy, interpersonal neurobiology and mindfulness. We work with all age groups, couples, families and individuals. Issues we have handled so far include relationship issues, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, personality distress, addiction, work stress, ADHD, body image and self esteem related concerns.
This vertical of our enterprise is specifically targeted to expats settled in India, working class people in the West and other similar countries, Indian Diaspora in the West and students in the West who may not be able to afford proper help. Secondly, therapists who get South-Asian context, racism and other related aspects maybe more suited.
