I have done my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pune and I have been practicing since 2017. I believe that symptoms reflect our suffering rather than something that needs to be cured. Just as oppressive systems exist in society, so do personal experiences of these systems. These individual experiences influence our relationships, which is why I think the true potential for healing lies in the relationship between therapist and client. Together, we can create corrective experiences, cultivate tolerance, transform the unbearable into the bearable, and foster self-discovery by bridging the gap within ourselves. This approach creates a space where individuals can explore their choices and sense of agency while navigating various life structures and embracing their whole selves.
As a therapist, I am intrigued by what is unspoken, denied, or unseen—those implicit but felt experiences within both the internal psyche and the external world.
I was awarded- the FMES-IJME Ethics Awards for the year 2022-23 in the Category 1 (Advocate/ champions with lived experience of mental health issues)
I am the co author of Trans Affirmative Mental Health Care Guidelines Manual
I also am the co creator of Queer Affirmative Counselling Practices Resources Manual (QACP)

I am Tanvi Walavalkar (she/they) located in Mumbai. I have completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology from S.N.D.T. University, Churchgate. I took up Psychology because getting healed alongside being part of other's healing journey sounded comforting.
As a therapist I am curious about patterns and themes in how people relate to others, including recurring conflicts or ways they seek connection and validation. My approach is rooted in building insight rather than rushing for quick solutions and band-aid fixes.
I belong to queer and dalit community, so I hope to bring in my lived experiences in creating a safe and inclusive environment where clients can explore and discuss the complexities of their identities and experiences.
I would describe myself as someone who loves painting and art in general. I mostly spend my time binging K-dramas and animes. I like to read sci-fi, gore, and thriller genres.

I am Pouravi Khare (she/her), located in Mumbai. I have done my Master's in Psychology (Clinical specialization) from VES College, Chembur.
I came to Psychology from the need to heal my own feelings of emptiness and despair. So when I started formally studying it, it felt like a familiar world. I approach therapy as a collaboration between people who have a lot to teach each other.
Lived experience holds a high value for me and I firmly believe that each of us already has a map of their own healing, just waiting to be unfolded. I am passionate about social justice. Nobody is a "blank slate" and therapists are no exception. Keeping a systemic lens is very important to me.
I consider myself an introvert who loves to geek out about books (especially sci-fi!) and TV shows. I love working out, learning Japanese, and reconnecting with my inner artist!
